GraphQlConf
In the beginning of September, Pakhuis de Zwijger hosted the multiple day GraphQIConf. Our spaces were completely transformed to suit this event, completed with branded banners and screens glowing in pink, the conference’s signature colour. We also took care of the technical side: from microphones and screens to lighting and recordings. This allowed the organisers and participants to focus entirely on what mattered most, networking and knowledge exchange. Of course, a good conference deserves good food. Our in-house kitchen provided fresh catering during the breaks between the knowledge sessions.
BrandedU
Another highlight this month was BrandedU’s ‘Empowerment Breakfast,’ an event we were proud to host as it perfectly reflects the values we uphold at Pakhuis de Zwijger. The breakfast brought together leaders from various sectors to celebrate and promote female leadership in organisations. We handled the catering, created a welcoming atmosphere, and took care of all technical details, so our guests could network and exchange ideas on gender equity and female empowerment. Our chefs love creating tailored menus to meet the needs of our partners, ensuring that every meal is as special as the event itself.
Leaseweb
There are also ways to offer meals in a more relaxed setting. Take the Leaseweb event, for example. Guests could choose from various food stalls offering snacks and drinks, creating a laid-back atmosphere that encouraged conversation. After a day of conference sessions, this informal setup was a refreshing and enjoyable change of pace for everyone.
Season Opening Pakhuis de Zwijger
And last but not least, we kicked off our new season with our own opening party. Our technical crew and kitchen staff transformed the ‘Grote Zaal’ into a real restaurant experience. Together with our colleagues and partner organisations, we enjoyed a festive evening filled with live music, comedy, inspiring talks, presentations and a delicious multi-course dinner. Long communal tables created a sense of connection and the screens with illustrations completed this cosy atmosphere.
