Francesca Albanese and Omar Barghouti, joined by additional speakers (to be announced), will analyse Israel’s genocide against Palestinians in occupied Gaza as the most profound crisis of international law and order of recent times. They will explore what can be done practically, legally and politically, to address this crisis. Focusing on the legal and ethical obligations of states, companies, institutions and individuals, the speakers will outline some of the next steps needed to achieve accountability and meaningfully contribute to Palestinian liberation.

Programme seriesJustice for Palestine

The Justice for Palestine series will focus upon the broader historic- and present-day context of colonisation, apartheid and military occupation that preceded the horrific October 7th attacks and the relentless bombardments of the Gaza strip that followed. By starting these dialogues, we aim to focus on envisioning sustainable solutions for justice, equality and peace in Historic Palestine for all people who are living there.
