In this episode, Annick van Rinsum speaks with climate activist, entrepreneur, and writer Paul Hawken. Recently, Paul’s book ‘Regeneration: Ending the Climate Crisis in One Generation’ appeared in its Dutch translation. They talk about the fictitious dichotomy in our society between us and ‘nature’ and about Paul’s ability to critically assess how our Western culture has shaped the way we think about the current climate crisis. Finally, they talk about what his experience as a press coordinator, prior to the historic March on Montgomery in 1965, taught him about courage. This courage is needed now, to come to social change and to place life at the centre of our thinking.
