“We want to change the way people see and imagine their city. We want to transform people's perception of the city's massive informal areas”, says Michael Uwemedimo, co-founder of Cmap, filmmaker and project director of the Human City Project in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. In this lecture Michael will explain what happens across Port Harcourt's informal settlements and how co-creation skills and technologies allow communities to record their experiences, tell their stories and change their lives.
