Eat to Meet is a dinner where (new) Amsterdammers can meet each other. The last couple of years Amsterdam has welcomed many new residents. Join this 18th edition of our informal Eat to Meet dinner where you get the chance to meet (new) Amsterdammers. This time we focus on our shared human love: food. Expect a dinner where you can meet foodies, hear stories, taste dishes from all over the world and get to know food initiatives. Everybody is welcome.
Food stories, with
Food connects people from all over the world. With food come stories. Stories about the meaning of dishes from back home. Or about which product we are used to use an not use for cooking. The newcomers in our country bring all kinds of talents, knowledge, and skills. Also about food. The wish and the skills to build a new life are often there, but what’s often missing is a network. This is where the locals come in; they have the opportunity to enrich and share their network on this evening. For this special food edition, everyone is invited to share their knowledge about food. What is your story about food?
